We use the following methods below to ship our orders:

DPD - Track orders at www.dpd.ie/tracking

Royal Mail Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day (Mon - Fri)

Courier Orders need to be placed before 12pm for guaranteed same day dispatch

Currently we do NOT ship to Norway, Turkiye, Russia, Ukraine or Canada

Shipping Cost

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £40, however, we appreciate customers from the Highlands and Islands contacting us first if they are placing a large order. If you cannot find your country in the options list please contact us for a shipping cost. Please note that all items are subject to availability and while we make every effort to ensure your item is in stock, there may be rare occasions when we will be unable to process your order in the normal time scale. In this unlikely event, we will contact you to advise the estimated delivery date and should this be unacceptable, we will be happy to issue a refund for you. Delivery times are estimates and the postal delivery system is out of our control. We will only offer postage/item refunds after the courier/delivery company that your item was sent with confirms that it is lost.

Late delivery items are compensated only if compensation is eligible from the delivery company.
