Collagen Caps provides a blend of different collagen types, mainly I and II, from two clinically proven ingredients:

• Marine collagen: mainly type II collagen, which is found in cartilage

• Eggshell membrane: type I, which is found in the skin, plus types V and X collagen

• Vitamin C is required for collagen formation in the body. A daily dose delivers 100 mg in a highly absorbable form of vitamin C.
