Zinc is a vital mineral for keeping us healthy and is involved in over 300 reactions in the body. We've chosen to use the picolinate form of zinc as it is a highly absorbable form meaning it's easier for your body to absorb than other forms and can get to work quicker. Zinc is chelated (joined) to picolinic acid, which our bodies naturally use to absorb and transport certain minerals.
Vitamin C has been added to further support the function of the immune system as well as zinc.
